The long service life of the PTFE bellows, optionally available with stainless steel cap or PEEK cap for liquids with grains, ensures low downtime.

Because of open folds in the open state, the cleaning performance is optimal.

Several valves, combined to valve blocks in filling machines, aseptically fill up products like yogurt.

As with all applications, there are different philosophies. Some products, for example Yogurt in cups or baby food in the glass, are filled from the top into the vessel (over level). Others are filled by a lance just above or even below levels as salad dressing or shampoo .

For all these applications Rieger designed and built valves. Below some examples:
